I recently purchased a couple boxes of this because it is a coffee I have always enjoyed in the past. But I was a little disappointed with the flavor this time around. The flavor was very weak. I thought maybe I had gotten a bad pod so I dumped it and tried another from the same box but it wasn’t any better. Maybe the second box will be better but I did notice in the description that the flavor is “new” so I guess it was kinda my bad for not noticing that the roast and flavor had been changed. But I am disappointed. That being said I would like to compliment your company on the wonderful service you provide. The immense number of coffee products you offer makes is incredible! The coffees are always fresh and delivered relatively quickly and there has only been a couple of times that some of the pods had been sliced open or damaged in some way. So thank you for that. Keep up the good work.
